That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new update to our quotation system that helps you quickly find and add pre-priced items to your bill. The new Library Items pop-up window simplifies the process, saving you time and effort. Whether you’re creating a new bill or amending an existing one, the process is smoother and more efficient than ever.

What’s New?

Before this update, adding additional items to your bill could be a bit time-consuming, especially when searching through a small window on the same screen as the bill items. It was harder to search and see the available pre-priced library or material items clearly. With this new pop-up window, you can now search and select items more easily, making the entire process more accurate and efficient.

How It Works

Here’s how you can easily add pre-priced items to your bill using the new pop-up window:

1. Click “Create New Bill Item for Quotation”

• Clicking this will open a new window, allowing you to either create a new bill item or amend an existing one.

• If you’re creating a new bill item, the Item Summary will be blank, ready for you to enter details.

• If you’re amending an existing item, the Item Summary will already be populated with the existing details.

2. Click Library Items

• This will open the pop-up window, allowing you to select pre-priced items for your bill.

3. Click “Click Here to Select & Add Pre-formed Library Items”

• Clicking this link will open the improved search window where you can easily find and select the pre- priced library or material items you need to add to your bill.

4. Use the improved search in the pop-up window to easily find and add the items you need.

• Save Time: Quickly search and add items to your bill without scrolling through long lists.

• Accuracy: Easily view and select pre-priced library or material items to ensure accuracy in your quotation.

• Efficiency: Add pre-priced items directly without the need to create new ones, even when incorporating additional materials and labour.
