Sales & CRM

A quotation must start from somewhere

Not all companies will have a “sales” department, but a quotation must start from somewhere and this will be an enquiry. All the necessary information to prepare a quotation will be collected and entered and this automatically starts to form your own sales reporting system.

If you do have a sales department, this area will be used to assist the team and management to gain enquiries to prepare quotations for and to monitor the success of campaigns and potential customer contacts

Both will be used for reporting on profitability of contracts awarded from initial enquiry.

An Instant Overview

The Sales Manager dashboard gives an instant overview of enquiries received, quotations prepared and those unfortunately lost.

Potential Contracts

All enquiries that have not yet been converted to a contract, or classed as lost, are listed to ensure that all potential work is not missed.

Full enquiry details

Fundamental information such as where the quote is to be sent, where the site is and who is to be invoiced is immediately available to all departments, along with other reporting and contractual information.

Promoting CRM throughout the company

By recording conversations with clients, suppliers or sub-contractors, everyone is kept in the loop with discussions or conversations had about enquiries, quotations and contracts.

Automatic Contact log entry

Certain operations will automatically make entries into the contact log, such as when a quotation is issued.

Also all companies that have an involvement with a contract (such as having been issued purchase orders) will be listed.

Creating a global overview of the enquiry / contract.

Instantly on one screen see:

  • All quotations that have been prepared and the one that the contract has been made against.
